Join us for our next Network Lunch and Learn Session, hosted by the LG Professionals SA Business Performance and Improvement Network.

Local government is more than a service provider. We are stewards of places, guardians of community wellbeing, and custodians of the systems and processes that help our communities thrive.

Join Pamela Jackson, CEO of the City of Holdfast Bay for a conversation about what it means to build an organisation that is fit for the future. Drawing on the work underway at the City of Holdfast Bay, Pamela will explore how initiatives such as the Excellence Framework, Integrated Management Framework, Leadership Practice Framework, organisational values, and the Target Operating Model (TOM) are helping shape an organisation that can deliver value, build trust, and respond to the evolving needs of the community.

This session will challenge participants to think beyond organisational structures and consider a deeper question: are we building the organisation our community needs, or simply improving the organisation we already have?

Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions during a Q&A at the end of the session.
