THIS EVENT IS NOW AT CAPACITY.

Adversity is often a great opportunity for personal growth. How you respond can define who you are – both in life and at work.

Join the Women's Network in their first Virtual Network Forum: Stepping up in Adversity where you will have the opportunity to reflect and explore ways in which you can ‘step up’ during this challenging time. This will be a highly interactive session with ample time for input and sharing.

The Facilitator
Kathryn McEwen specialises in resilience, which for her means helping people sustain their performance and wellbeing in work environments characterised by high pressure, uncertainty and complexity – a bit like what we are experiencing now!

Kathryn has worked with local government in a variety of ways over many years in her work as an organisational psychologist. During this forum she will share how to be the best you can be, and define your brand, during the current challenge we face together.

Registrations at our events and programs are open to Local Government Professionals Australia, SA members, council employees, employees of regional subsidiaries and Local Government Professionals Australia, SA invited guests unless specified otherwise on the event or program brochure.
