A word from the CEO

This month I had the pleasure of supporting our Executive Leaders Program participants as they concluded their program journey with the final three day intensive. While our busy and demanding roles make it hard to justify three days out the office, and more for those travelling a distance to be there, the return on this investment is truly profound. By removing ourselves from our normal environments and taking time to pause and commit to a truly immersive learning experience, the depth of learning hour for hour is magnified exponentially.

I congratulate all participants and reiterate my commitment to your ongoing leadership development journeys. You join a truly supportive and connected community of adaptive local government leaders.

Speaking of leadership, I highlight our upcoming short program on Leading Culture, suitable for managers and team leaders and essential to staff morale, engagement and performance. This short program is in demand so I encourage you to register quickly.
