What is the People Experience? It starts the moment you identify you have a vacancy and you are determining your recruitment strategy. The language used, the values that are portrayed – are they reflective of the organisational culture you are trying to foster?

This conference program will help you to better understand the narrative of your organisation and have you thinking differently about some of the complex problems that People and Culture practitioners face on a daily basis.

Learn how to equip yourself with the right data to make informed decisions and take your organisation from a place of managing for outcomes, to monitoring for impact. Your people are your most valuable asset, and with the right people experience, you will be able to leverage opportunities and deliver the best outcomes for your community.
