Conflict in the workplace is a common occurrence, and it can cause stress and tension for all concerned. Handled well, however, conflict can provide an opportunity to improve processes and outcomes, dispel negativity and build relationships.

In this course we will use everyday conflict situations with colleagues, managers and customers to improve your ability to handle the emotion and stress of conflict, think through the situation and resolve it with confidence.
